Payment Method
For local Singapore addresses, BlueCanyon Co only accepts bank transfer as the only form of payment method. POSB or DBS or OUB or UOB are acceptable. For overseas addresses, we currently accept Paypal transfers. Please email us at sales@bluecanyonco.com if you do not live in Singapore and would like to order from our website.

Shipping Details
Shipments will be processed within 3 working days after payment for your purchase has been received.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (except holidays).
Exchanges and Returns BlueCanyonCo makes all effort in inspecting our products before we ship out your purchases. We do not accept any exchanges or returns unless the product we have shipped to you was not the product you ordered.
Local Shipping Rate (Singapore) Delivery is free for orders over SG$175 and delivered within Singapore.
* These rates apply to regular items that are not bulky. A different shipping rate will be used for bulky items which will be indicated on the item information page.
International Shipping Rates
For International Shipping, actual shipping and handling cost will be emailed out once you placed orders.
